These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of blurd (the "application"), provided by KLWXO ("KLWXO", "we", "us"). By downloading, accessing, or using blurd, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the application.

Owner review required: Insert the legal entity behind KLWXO and the governing jurisdiction, and confirm each section matches how blurd is actually distributed and operated. Remove the "Owner review" notes before release.

1. Licence to use the application

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to download and use blurd on devices that you own or control, for personal or internal business purposes, solely as intended by the application's features.

Owner review required: Adjust the licence scope if blurd requires subscriptions, seat-based access, or commercial restrictions.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use blurd for any unlawful purpose;
• interfere with or disrupt the application or the infrastructure supporting it;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the application or related systems;
• reverse engineer the application except where such restriction is prohibited by applicable law;
• remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notice in the application.

3. App stores

If you obtained blurd through an app store (such as Google Play or the Apple App Store), you acknowledge that:

• the store's own terms of service also apply between you and the store operator;
• the store operator is not responsible for blurd or its content;
• purchases, refunds, and billing are handled under the store's rules.

4. Intellectual property

blurd, including all text, graphics, interfaces, and code, is owned by KLWXO or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the licence in section 1, no rights are granted, whether by implication, estoppel, or otherwise.

5. Availability and changes

We may update, suspend, or discontinue blurd, in whole or in part, at any time. We are not liable for any effect an update, suspension, or discontinuation has on you, except where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.

6. User content

blurd may include features that let you create, store, or share content. You keep ownership of the content you create. You grant us only the limited rights needed to store, transmit, and display that content as part of providing the application.

Owner review required: If blurd publishes or shares user content with other users, expand this section (moderation, licences to other users, takedown process). If the application has no user-generated content, delete this section.

7. Disclaimer

blurd is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, except where such warranties cannot be excluded under applicable law.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KLWXO will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or revenue, arising from or relating to blurd. Our total liability for all claims relating to blurd is limited to the amount you paid us for the application in the twelve months before the claim, or USD 10 if you paid nothing.

Owner review required: Liability caps are jurisdiction-specific. Have a qualified professional confirm the cap, exclusions, and any consumer-law overrides that apply to your markets.

9. Termination

These Terms apply until terminated. Your rights under these Terms terminate automatically if you fail to comply with them. You may stop using blurd and delete it at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including sections 4, 7, 8, and 10) survive.

10. Governing law

Owner review required: Specify the governing law and venue, for example: "These Terms are governed by the laws of …, and the courts of … have exclusive jurisdiction." Do not publish this section with the placeholder.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above shows the current version. Continued use of blurd after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the changed Terms. If you do not agree, stop using the application.
